At Carrollton Bank we take a different approach to lending. An approach characterized both by what we do, and what we don’t do.

We do offer fast, free pre-approvals. Home loans with as little as 5% down. Home equity lines with no closing costs. Affordable lot and construction loans.

But our approach doesn’t include:

• Advertising extremely low rates or monthly payments. Most of our business comes from referrals by satisfied customers.
  
  
• Making loans online. We like to know our customers…and for them to know us.
  
  
• Offering interest-only loans or 40-year mortgages. We just don’t feel they’re in our customer’s best interest. And that means, ultimately, they aren’t in our best interest either.
