Kathy went to Jersey Community High School and worked for Heritage Savings and Loan for 10 years before joining us in 1990. She helps customers with their college, retirement and general investment needs.

Rick Dyer

Commercial Loan Officer/ EVP

Rick has been with Carrollton Bank for 20 years. After receiving his Masters Degree from Illinois State University and completing the CPA examination Rick joined the bank and has held various positions including CFO and COO. He now serves on the bank's Board of Directors and helps business owners throughout the St. Louis area borrow the money they need.

Lori Freshour

Branch Manager/VP

Lori joined Carrollton Bank in 1996. Her banking career started in 1986 at Bank of Alton and Illinois State Bank. Lori focuses on helping customers and business owners with checking, savings and cash management.

Cheri Gineris

Senior Loan Representative

Cheri has been with Carrollton Bank since 2002. Prior to joining us, she worked at a local title company as a loan closer. She makes consumer loans of all types.

Scott Jones

Commercial Loan Officer

Scott received his degree in Finance from Eastern Illinois University. He has been in banking for over nine years and has been with Carrollton Bank since 2003. Scott enjoys lending to individuals and small business owners to help them achieve their goals.

John Keller

Commercial Loan Officer/Regional President

John grew up in Alton graduating from Marquette High School, followed by Benedictine College in Atchison, Kansas. He has been in banking since 1982 and with Carrollton Bank since 1996, helping numerous commercial business clients with their banking needs. John has also served the community in various volunteer and non-profit board positions.

Teri Patsaros

Senior Loan Representative/AVP

Teri graduated from East Alton-Wood River High School and attended Lewis and Clark Community College. She worked for Illinois State Bank in East Alton for 11 1/2 years before coming to Carrollton Bank in 1996 to open the Alton Branch.

Judy Weller

Assistant Branch Manager

Judy grew up in Jerseyville, attended Jerseyville High School, Lewis and Clark College, and now resides in Alton. Before coming here in 2006 she had 10 years management experience. She helps customers with a wide variety of banking services.
