Cheri is a long-time resident of Greene County. She graduated from Greenfield High School and has 20 years of banking experience. She joined Carrollton Bank in 1990 and helps customers with checking, savings, loans and cash management.

Sandy Evans

Sandy is a lifetime resident of Carrollton. She earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Illinois. Sandy started her career in our Financial Services Department in 1981 and is also a Trust Officer. She helps clients save for college, while also preparing for their retirement.

Marcia Price

Marcia has been a Greene County resident all her life. She graduated from North Greene High School and has 30 years of retail banking experience helping customers with checking, savings and investment accounts.

Scott Rhoads

Commercial Loan Officer/Regional President

Scott was born and raised in Carrollton and started with Carrollton Bank as a teller while still in high school. Before joining us full-time in 1995, he worked for Archer Daniels Midland. He earned his degree in Finance and his M.B.A. from Eastern Illinois University. Scott is an active member of several community groups and uses his deep knowledge of the area to help farmers and businesses with their financial needs.

Kathy A. Schnettgoecke

Kathy is a lifelong resident of Carrollton. Her family's three generations of farming, together with her 16 years of banking experience, help Kathy understand the financial needs of her customers.

Danielle is a resident of Jerseyville and a graduate of Jersey Community High School. Danielle joined Carrollton Bank in 1999 and now helps customers with consumer and residential loans.
