Jean grew up in south St. Louis. She started in banking in 1972 and enjoys helping customers with checking, savings and IRA accounts.

Scott already had 20 years of banking experience with major St. Louis banks before joining Carrollton Bank in 2010. He earned degrees in economics and business administration from Westminster College.

Anne grew up in Carrollton, Illinois where the bank originated. She started with Carrollton Bank in 1986 and enjoys helping customers with their loan needs.

James McGauley

Commercial Loan Officer/Regional President

James earned his business degree from the University of Missouri and his Master's from Webster University. He has been providing all types of commercial lending and deposit services to his customers for over 20 years.

Eric Messmer

Eric received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and has attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He has been helping companies of all sizes with commercial loans since 1988.

Larry Newberry

Larry received his degree from Arkansas State University and his Master's degree from Louisiana State. He has been helping business owners with loans and deposit services for over 20 years.

Rochelle Niedringhaus, CTP

Vice President of Treasury Management

Rochelle went to Affton High School and received her management degree from Maryville University. She started her banking career in 1982 and joined the Carrollton Bank team in 1998. She enjoys helping her customers with their checking, savings, loan and cash management needs.

Mark Niemeyer

Mark joined Carrollton Bank in 2009, with more than 10 years of banking experience. He earned a bachelor of science in business administration from St. Louis University in 2002, and a master of business administration from the same institution in 2008. Mark helps business owners with all their borrowing, deposit and cash management needs.

Leslie Peyton

Branch Manager/AVP

Leslie began her banking career in 1979, and has helped customers with checking and savings accounts at Carrollton Bank since 1998. She is a member of the Kirkwood/Des Peres area Chamber of Commerce.

Mike Rodgers

Mike grew up in Affton and received his business degree from Fontbonne University. He started in banking in 1991 and has worked for community banks for most of his career. He has been helping customers with loans since joining our bank in 1998.

Kim Smith

Kim graduated from the University of Missouri and started in banking in 1978. After spending 5 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, he joined Carrollton Bank in 1987. Kim helps companies with their banking needs and also serves on the bank's Board of Directors.

Lvav started in commercial banking in 1999, after earning her degree from the University of Denver. She began helping business owners with loans and other services at Carrollton Bank in 2010.
