Megan brings over 10 years of banking experience to Carrollton Bank. She has a Master's in Business Administration from Lindenwood University. She will focus primarily on helping business owners improve their cash flow.

Jean Fields

New Accounts Representative

Jean grew up in south St. Louis. She started in banking in 1972 and enjoys helping customers with checking, savings and IRA accounts.

Anne Marshall

Anne grew up in Carrollton, Illinois where the bank originated. She started with Carrollton Bank in 1986 and enjoys helping customers with their loan needs.

James McGauley

Commercial Loan Officer/Regional President

James earned his business degree from the University of Missouri and his Master's from Webster University. He has been providing all types of commercial lending and deposit services to his customers for over 20 years.

Eric Messmer

Commercial Loan Officer/SVP

Eric received his Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Missouri and has attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. He has been helping companies of all sizes with commercial loans since 1988.

Mark Niemeyer

Mark joined Carrollton Bank in 2009, with more than 10 years of banking experience. He earned a bachelor of science in business administration from St. Louis University in 2002, and a master of business administration from the same institution in 2008. Mark helps business owners with all their borrowing, deposit and cash management needs.

Sophia Panopoulos

Sophia joined Carrollton Bank in 2006. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from The University of Missouri - St. Louis and enjoys helping customers with their loan needs.

Leslie Peyton

Branch Manager/AVP

Leslie began her banking career in 1979, and has helped customers with checking and savings accounts at Carrollton Bank since 1998. She is a member of the Kirkwood/Des Peres area Chamber of Commerce.

Mike Rodgers

Commercial Loan Officer/SVP

Mike grew up in Affton and received his business degree from Fontbonne University. He started in banking in 1991 and has worked for community banks for most of his career. He has been helping customers with loans since joining our bank in 1998.

Kim Smith

Commercial Loan Officer/EVP

Kim graduated from the University of Missouri and started in banking in 1978. After spending 5 years with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, he joined Carrollton Bank in 1987. Kim helps companies with their banking needs and also serves on the bank's Board of Directors.
