Beware of Fraudulent Calls/Text Messages

We want to make you aware of scammers attempting to impersonate Carrollton Bank employees by spoofing our telephone numbers. These fraudsters may try to obtain sensitive information to access your online banking account or process unauthorized ACH or Wire Transfers. Many industries, in particular the banking industry, have seen an increase in attempted online and check fraud.

Please remember:

• We will never ask for your passwords, PINs, or one-time passcodes over the phone.
• If a call seems suspicious, hang up and contact your Relationship Manager or our customer support team at 314-732-1963. Be aware that scammers may display a Carrollton Bank phone number, including this number, on your caller ID, even though they are calling from a different source.
• Never share confidential information during unsolicited phone calls or click on links provided in unsolicited texts and emails.
• If you suspect fraud or have any concerns, please let us know immediately. Your security is our top priority.
