Bill has been serving business owners with major area banks since 1980. He holds a degree from Eastern Illinois University. He is active in civic groups such as the Economic Development Alliance of Edwardsville/Glen Carbon and the Greater St. Louis Council for the Boy Scouts and has served as past Chairman of Hospice of Southern Illinois.
