Tom was the CEO of The Bank of Edwardsville, now Busey Bank, for 10 years, and president of Magna Bank in St. Clair County, now Regions Bank, for 15 years. He is Chairman of the Champions Circle for the Leadership Council of Southwestern Illinois, Chairman of SIUE University Park, Chairman of McKendree University’s Committee on Financial Affairs and Endowment, and serves on the Southwestern Illinois Development Foundation Board of Directors
