A new 2 ½-story Carrollton Bank building is being built on Buchanan Street in downtown Edwardsville, next to the bank’s drive-up facility at Buchanan & Schwarz.
A history of our growth in Edwardsville
- April 2019: A new full-service bank is built and opens on the fourth floor of the Madison Mutual building in downtown Edwardsville.
- October 2022: A new, expanded retail banking space was added on the first floor of the Madison Mutual building.
- July 2024: A new stand-alone drive-up banking facility opens nearby at the corner of Buchanan & Schwarz Street.
- November 2024: Deposits have grown to $140 million and loans to $168 million.
- Early 2026: Planned opening of new 2 ½-story bank building on Buchanan Street, adjacent to the existing drive-up facility.
