Tom served as CEO of TheBANK of Edwardsville, now Busey Bank, for 10 years, and President of Magna Bank of St. Clair, Madison and Monroe Counties, now Regions Bank, for 15 years. He is Chairman of the Champions Circle of the Leadership Council Southwestern Illinois, is Past Chairman of SIUE University Park, serves on the McKendree University Board of Trustees, and as Chairman of the Southwestern Illinois Development Foundation.
