Doug has more than 20 years of Jefferson County banking experience. A graduate of Crystal City High School, he received his Associates Degree from Jefferson College in Hillsboro. He serves as a Board Member on the Festus Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the Rotary International Club of Festus.
