Lara has been in banking since 2012 and joined Carrollton Bank in 2023. She earned her degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign after graduating from Belleville West High School. Her previous experience includes roles at The Bank of Edwardsville, First Clover Leaf Bank, First Mid Bank & Trust, Town and Country Bank, and Heartland Bank & Trust. She enjoys helping customers find the best processes to keep their businesses running efficiently using Carrollton Bank’s treasury products.
