Technology Upgrade
Beginning October 10, you’ll have access to enhanced online and mobile banking.
HERE’S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
As part of our investment in new banking technology, Carrollton Bank will roll out enhanced
online banking and mobile banking platforms. Our goal is to bring you even better features
and the best online security possible.
These important upgrades will begin Friday, October 6 at 5:00 p.m. CT and will be completed
by Tuesday, October 10 at 8:00 a.m. CT. During
this time period, you will NOT have access to Online Banking, Mobile Banking or
TellerPhone.
WHAT DO I NEED TO DO RIGHT NOW?
If you don’t use online or mobile banking, there is nothing more you need to do or be aware
of at this time.
If you use online or mobile banking, please follow these steps:
Now Through October 6:
- Download any statements you’d like to keep by Friday, October 6 at 5:00
pm CT.
- Take note of any existing external transfers or alerts you’d like to add to the
new system beginning October 10. Current transfers and alerts will not
automatically convert to the new system. See
our external transfer FAQ page for instructions.
- If you currently download transactions to Quicken or QuickBooks,
perform a final download before 5:00 pm CT Friday, October 6 to avoid duplicate
transaction downloads. See our Quicken page for step-by-step instructions.
Beginning at 8:00 am CT on Tuesday, October 10, you may view your new online banking
experience by logging in at www.carrolltonbanking.com.
WHY IS THE BANK UPGRADING ITS TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS?
This new technology provides best-in-class online security and will allow us to roll out
future enhanced features more quickly to our customers.

- New tablet-friendly app for a better tablet experience
- Same-day transfers between accounts – now extended to 7:00 pm CT
- Increased access to new features as they become available
