We may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will take effect once they are posted on this website. Since we may not notify you directly about updates, we encourage you to review this page periodically. Authentication & Authorization

Our payment system uses commercially reasonable methods to verify your identity and the information you provide. You will not be able to make a payment until the Carrollton Bank Service confirms your identity and you acknowledge these Terms and Conditions.

By accepting these terms, you authorize Carrollton Bank to withdraw funds from the account you have stored in the system, based on the payment instructions you provide. Each time you use the service to make a payment, you give us permission to charge the account you select.

By using this service, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old.
  2. You are using your actual identity, and all information you provide is accurate and complete.
  3. You are legally authorized to make payments from the bank account(s) you store in the service.
  4. You have reviewed and agree to our Privacy Policy.
  5. Your use of this service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

Agreement for Storing Your Bank Information

By providing Carrollton Bank with the account information for your Carrollton Bank Service site, you confirm that:

  • You are legally authorized to use the bank account(s) you enter in the system.
  • You give Carrollton Bank permission to store this account information for use with this service securely.

This authorization will stay in effect until you notify Carrollton Bank that you want to cancel it.

Payment Authorization

By entering your account information on the Carrollton Bank Service site, you authorize Carrollton Bank to process payments according to the instructions you provide through the site.

When you submit a payment using the Carrollton Bank Service, you are giving Carrollton Bank permission to send a request to your financial institution to debit the account you selected and apply those funds toward your Carrollton Bank payment.

Revoking Your ACH Authorization

If you need to revoke an ACH payment authorization, please contact Carrollton Bank directly at 1-866-722-6537 on the same day the payment is made. Revocation requests must be received by 4:00 PM CST to be processed.
